A1: Once you submit your inquiry, I'll review your project details carefully. You can expect to hear back from me within  24-48 hours. I'll confirm receipt and propose a brief discovery call to discuss your needs in more detail.

Q2: What is a discovery call, and is there a fee?

A2: A discovery call is a complimentary, 15-minute conversation where we can discuss your vision, project goals, and timeline. It's an opportunity for me to understand your unique requirements and for you to ask any questions you may have. There is no fee for this initial consultation.

Q3: How do you determine pricing for a project?

A3: Following our discovery call, I will prepare a customized proposal tailored to your specific project scope, deliverables, and estimated time investment. This ensures you receive a precise quote that reflects the value and expertise I bring to your unique needs.

Q4: How do I book your services?

A4: Once you approve the proposal, I'll send over a digital contract for your review and signature, along with an invoice for a 50% retainer fee. Both can be handled conveniently online. Your project date(s) will be officially reserved upon receipt of the signed contract and retainer.

Q5: What is the typical lead time for booking a session?

A5: To ensure the highest quality of service and availability, I recommend booking your session at least 6-8 weeks in advance, especially for larger branding projects or luxury real estate launches. However, please reach out even for urgent requests, as I may occasionally have availability.

Q6: What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

A6: I understand that plans can change. My rescheduling and cancellation policy will be clearly outlined in your detailed contract. I strive to be flexible and will work with you to find a suitable solution, subject to the terms agreed upon.

Q7: How and when do I receive my final images/videos?

A7: After your session, I meticulously edit and refine your visuals to meet Cheryl Ann Media's high standards. You will receive access to your private online gallery for previewing and downloading within 2-3 weeks of your session date, unless otherwise specified in your contract. Video delivery timelines will be outlined in your proposal.
